Fred Goessens (1953) has been playing at Toneelgroep Amsterdam since its foundation in 1987. This season he performed in Antigone-Kreon-Oedipus, All my sons, Ghosts, Antonioni Project, Opening night,  The Russians!, Crusades, Roman tragedies and Summer trilogy. He could previously be seen performing in dozens of plays from TA. In addition to his work at TA, Goessens played roles in films such as Spion van Oranje [Spy of Orange], De Griezelbus [The horror bus] and De jurk [The dress] and from 1980 to 1991 in various plays at companies such as Theatergroep Piek and Stichting Theater La Luna.
